United Airlines Kiosk Animations
United Airlines faced challenges with customers struggling to scan their documents at airport self-check-in kiosks. We created a 3D hand with a 2D toon-style rendering to clearly demonstrate the correct scanning process. This visual improvement contributed to a 20% increase in successful document scans. Additionally, we designed a dynamic pet carrier tag animation to further streamline the check-in experience and make the process more intuitive for travelers.
