Hello, and welcome!
My name is Kate Wang Burford, a Motion Designer (formerly a Graphic Designer) from Kansas City. Over the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of leveraging my design skills to assist both local and global brands in transforming their concepts into compelling and memorable visuals.
My journey into motion design began unexpectedly when I found myself immersed in a coworker's AE file at a previous job. Since then, my passion for this creative field has only deepened. I find joy in every aspect of motion design, whether it's the intricacies of animation, the refinement of storyboarding, or the collaborative spirit of problem-solving with fellow creatives. As a perpetual learner, I am excited to wake up each day with the opportunity to absorb new knowledge and continue to hone my animation craft.
